REPLICAT is a 100% Australian owned and operated company specializing in the replication of compact discs and DVDs. We cater for every disc format and shape, every type of disc packaging (from giveaway CDs to fully packaged retail software), prepress, design, fulfilment and distribution.
REPLICAT staff and management have 15 years combined experience in the disc replication industry. Our sales office is located in Bridge Road, Richmond, Victoria.
All design & prepress is prepared in Australia. All packaging is printed and assembled in Australia. Design services are available to cater for every type of packaging and disc label art.
REPLICAT have created a unique supply network in Singapore: comprising glass mastering, CD replication, DVD replication and both screen and offset disc printing. REPLICAT clients receive only the highest quality replicated product - both in terms of printed disc quality and playability.
Materials are flown to Singapore overnight, the discs are completed in two to three working days, then flown overnight back to Australia. We generally consolidate orders and send to the plant twice per week, so a 7 working day turnaround is standard for the discs. However, a 4 to 5 working day turnaround is possible as a priority-paid service in emergencies. Special arrangements and turnarounds are quoted for larger projects on request.
All client masters are retained in a fully-secure, fire-proof enclosure while at the plant, before being returned to REPLICAT. As a condition of supplying REPLICAT, all orders must be produced in full compliance with all disc royalty obligations and the intellectual property rights of content owners.
