How do I place an order with Replicat?

Easy. Follow the steps listed below, or simply phone 1300 727 685 or send an email to sales@replicat.com.au and we will take you through everything.

Step 1: Request a quotation

You can either use our instant quote request system, or contact us via phone or email to discuss your project requirements.

If you have used the instant quote system, please note that your PDF is a project estimate only. While these estimates are very accurate, our customer service will confirm pricing with an official quotation prior to commencing your order.

Step 2: Prepare your materials

All forms and art specifications are forwarded to you automatically when you request a quotation.  In a nutshell, we need the following;

  1. Artwork prepared as 300 dpi CMYK PDF files with 3mm bleed on all paper parts. Please check with our team on 1300 727 685 before submitting any other formats  (e.g. PSD, CDR, AI).
  2. Colour accurate proofs. These are 'optional' but if you require a close colour match to your artwork files, please provide professionally output colour printouts on coated stock.
  3. Masters provided on CD-R (for CD replication), DVD-R (for DVD5 and DVD10 replication) or DVD-R-DL (for DVD9 replication). We only have one guideline - you must be able to play the master disc on a standard set-top player. Do NOT provide ISO images, DDP files, AIFF files or other formats that don't play on a standard player without first checking with us. We will only accept these formats from professional authoring houses and additional charges may apply if you also require us to extract the files and test playability during pre-mastering. Also - don't test audio or video masters on a computer, since computers can play a wide variety of non-standard formats.
  4. Paperwork. We require a completed order instructions form and indemnity form prior to proceeding with a replication project.

Step 3: Send us your artwork, master, and deposit

Materials can be sent by courier, or dropped in to our Richmond sales office at:

Bank deposit instructions are printed on the quotation. We prefer payment via EFT and please include your quote/estimate or R-number in the reference. Alternatively we can accept VISA or Mastercard payment (1.5% surcharge applies) over the phone or at our showroom.

Step 4: We will contact you to confirm receipt

Once we have received your materials, we will contact you to confirm receipt and commence processing your order.
