George Patterson Y&R recently produced a custom gatefold wallet through Replicat for their publicly listed corporate client. The wallet pack combined both a replicated CD and a replicated DVD into a custom 6 panel gatefold wallet. Replicat sourced a custom matt black ink for disc screenprint and overprinted a spot gloss UV varnish over the matt ink producing a unique finish. The design was completed with black and silver foils, then shrinkwrapped for protection during transit and storage. And...we delivered 24 hours ahead of deadline.
