We need the following from you:
- A master disc for CD or DVD replication
- The artwork files for mailer wallet and disc face (letter printing and insertion also available)
- An Excel spreadsheet or other delimited file containing the full list of names and addresses
- Your Australia Post account number (optional)
That’s it. We manufacture the discs, print the wallets (and letters if any), assemble everything and seal the pack, wash and sort your address data, assign post barcodes, print the addresses, sort into post groups, lodge with Australia Post or New Zealand Post and send it off. Simple, easy and efficient.
Replicat offer a range of Post Approved Disc Mailers & Sleeves and outer packs that have been pre-approved for the lowest possible postage rate bulk mail out. We can provide artwork templates and advice on how to prepare the mailer and disc artwork, and provide a list of essential postal requirements for postage-paid logos, return address, address positioning and other requirements to complete the artwork. We can offer pre-approval for the artwork directly from Australia Post before the mailers are even manufactured and printed. We offer distribution to individual addresses or via bulk unaddressed distribution to postcodes and other demographic points. Warehousing and pick/pack solutions are also available (minimums apply).
