DTG Print

Used for: virtually anything with a printable surface, but particularly common with bags, polos, t-shirts

Run sizes: typically 50 units and above, but varies on product

DTG (direct-to-garment) printing is used for CMYK full colour printing directly to the surface of the garment.

This technique is useful to reproduce gradients and other high resolution image detail for full colour designs where screenprinting can't reproduce that level of detail, however most commercial DTG equipment can't quite cover the same print area as a large screen. See instead: Sublimation Print
